So Humili-Asian was this Saturday, it was indeed another sell out show at The Clubhouse in Ruislip, one of my favourite places to perform!
This was Humili-Asian’s sixth or seventh show there which has been sold out, this particular one happened to do it more than a month in advance! Which was great. The wonderful Inder Manocha was closing the show whilst I was hosting for once. We also had, Amit Sodha, Katerina Vrana, Luisa Omielan, first time to Humili – Linus Lee and the sarcastically funny Darshan Sanghrajka. The awesome Lovesoul were mixing up the beats for the afterparty this image sums them up!
India had also won the cricket world cup that day and it seems as though the air was thick with celebration, well Southall definitely was as I nearly didn’t arrive at the place! However, the night went fabulously even if we ended up starting about half hour late due to the guests not taking seats and not to me throwing a diva fit!
